2004 Chevy Trailblazer
The 2004 Chevy Trailblazer is the most powerful midsize sport utility vehicle
in its class. All 2004 Chevy Trailblazers features an all-new 2004 Vortec 4200
6-cylinder engine. The Trailblazer is available in six models, the Trailblazer
LS, Trailblazer LT, Trailblazer LTZ, Trailblazer North Face Edition, Trailblazer
EXT LT, and the Trailblazer EXT North Face. The Trailblazer LS is designed with
five-link rear suspension for smooth and comfortable ride. It also features more
interior room so as the overall cargo room.

The Trailblazer is offering premium leather seating surfaces for five persons,
and Onstar for security. The Trailblazer LTZ also has premium leather surfaces
with two-position driver memory, heated front bucket seats, and electronic climate
control with dual-zone capability offered as standard. Trailblazer North Face
Edition model offers an exclusive two-tone exterior and an interior with two base
camp duffel bags, down-insulated Nuptse blanket, and others. The Trailblazer EXT
LT on the other hand has an added length and standard 50/50 split-folding third
row seat, while the Trailblazer EXT North Face Edition ha the combination that
all other Trailblazer is offering.
The Chevy Trailblazer 2004 model 4.8-liter V8 engine generates 270 horsepower
at 6000 rpm and a 275 lb-ft of torque at 3600 rpm. This means that the Vortec
4200 engine delivers broad torque curve through the majority of engine's speed
range. Some of the trailing amenities of the Trailblazer include laser-welded
door frames, traction assist, tuned body mounts, next-generation truck body controller,
liftgate, power sunroof, rear A/C heater system, tire, jack and tool storage,
and a 65/35 split-folding rear seat. It features last-door locking and the new
17-inch bright aluminum wheels.
The interior is designed with monochromatic instrument panel and light Cashmere
cloth reclining bucket seats. Also included are XM satellite and navigation radios.
All models of the Chevy Trailblazer are designed with comprehensive list of collision
avoidance and occupant protection. It is quipped with four-wheel antilock disc
brakes for steering control when braking at slippery surfaces. Also included features
are the Electronic Traction Assist, turn signal exterior mirrors, and side-impact
door beams.
The 2WD Trailblazer is capable of towing a 6-cylinder Ford Explorer or Jeep Grand
Cherokee when properly equipped. The 2004 Chevy Trailblazer is equipped with 12
specially tuned body mounts for security, reduction of vibration and road noise.
It also dual-stage airbags and side-impact airbags for front seats, and standard
three-point systems for all seats.
